For the ones that do Get paid to sites.Do you seem to have a hard time at getting ref? Where do you promote?

I do GPT sites. I post on forums, send emails to my friends who also do GPT sites, and I also put banners on other GPT sites (paid advertisement). It certainly takes work, so if your gonna do it, you might as well go all out and do the best you can do to get the most referrals. Also, if you're going to spend that time and effort, the reward for referring members should be worth it (in my opinion, of course). To me, it's usually worth it if the referral downline is significant, the website is user-friendly and your referrals are likely to participate, or if there is a contest for referrals. Goodluck to everyone!

Yes, I work on get paid to sites and it can be frustrating sometimes getting referrals. Especially when you finally get a bunch and only a couple of them are active. I also post my links up in forums, classifieds, and on alot of profile sites. I have some that have gotten me most of my referrals by just posting my banners up on my profile page. I would post some up here but not sure if that's okay. Also myspace has a money forum where you can post your links up, I try and post up there once or twice a day and always get a referral sign up from doing that.

interesting thoughts.
Right now it seems like things have slowed down so much, that I am not sure how much any referral would be doing anyway. I have seen a few sites mention lately that so few people are doing offers it is not profitable for them anymore (not to mention how many are shutting down each month!)
